Returns & Refund Policy

Embellished Scrapbook Shoppe takes necessary precautions when handling products to ensure that they remain acid/lignin free. Products that are not recognized as acid/lignin free are labeled accordingly in the Embellished Scrapbook Shoppe . Exchange on damaged goods will be accepted if reported within 48 hours of receipt. Goods must be returned unopened, and in original packaging. No refunds given only Exchange. Refunds ONLY given at manager's discretion.

Payment Policies

Payment: All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. International orders will be based on foreign exchange rate on the day of purchase. Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa and Debit Card using the Paypal secure gateway. Embellished Scrapbook Shoppe will accept direct deposit, Customers will be notified of account details in such cases.

Please always use your name as a Reference for the Payment. Payment must be receieved  within 2 working days of order confirmation.

 When Depositing payment into our account, Please put your name as a reference. All Payments must be made within 2 business days or order being placed.Orders will be posted within 4 Business days once payment has been received. If you make an order and fail to pay, we will not accept orders from you in the future.

Postage & Handling Charges

SHIPPING POLICY: We choose to Send all orders with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. If orders are accepted before 2pm Mon-Friday we will TRY to pack & Post your order within that same business day. All orders are processed and filled ready for post within 2-4 business days. 
All goods leave our premises in perfect condition. We take no responsibilty for goods once they leave our premises. It is recommended to choose the receipted delivery with insurance option in order to be covered by Australia Post if the goods fail to arrive or do arrive in a damaged condition. If you choose the standard postage option without insurance then you do so entirely at your own risk.  Our Flat postage fee is $7.95 within Australia. We are happy to send to overseas customers and will organise international shipping quotations when requested.

Out of stock Policy

We endeavour to carry stock of all listed items and ship most orders within 24 hours. However from time to time we may not have a particular item in stock. Please be aware as the add to cart window comes up it will advise of quantity of that particular stock available. If we are able to obtain the item quickly from our suppliers we will delay shipping up to a couple of extra days till the item arrives. If we are out of any stock you have ordered we will aim to contact you via email and/or  phone (if details provided) to notify you. We do not do Backorders.

Colour Variations

It is impossible to guarantee that a products colour is exactly as seen on your computer. Therefore we do NOT refund based upon colour differences. Product Images we display on our website often come directly from the product manufacturer or from our suppliers.

Embellished  Scrapbook Shoppe does not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties.
